ARKSHIP is a single-player strategy game provided by Nikita Vorontsov. These terms explain using the game and getting help with a purchase.

Playing ARKSHIP

You may play the browser version and use an authorised copy of the mobile game for your own enjoyment, subject to the applicable store terms. You do not need an ARKSHIP account.

The game and its artwork, music and other assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. Permission to play does not include selling or redistributing the game or its standalone assets.

Purchases

The browser playtest is free. When released on the App Store and Google Play, the mobile game is planned as a one-time purchase; the native store versions are not yet publicly available. It has no subscription, advertising or in-app purchases. The store shows the applicable price and purchase conditions before you pay. A purchase on one store does not automatically grant a copy on another store.

Apple and Google handle their own payment, download and purchase-history services. For an App Store copy, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement applies. Google Play purchases are also subject to Google Play’s terms.

Refunds and problems

If a purchase or download goes wrong, contact ARKSHIP support. Refund eligibility depends on the store, your location and the circumstances. Follow Apple’s refund instructions or Google Play’s refund guidance. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your progress

Voyages and banked genomes are saved locally. There is no cloud-save service or automatic transfer between browsers, devices or the mobile and browser versions. Clearing storage or uninstalling the app can remove progress. A shared voyage code recreates the journey; it does not transfer your saved ship or genome bank.

Sharing the game

You are welcome to share the browser link, voyage codes and screenshots or clips of your own gameplay. Please identify the game as ARKSHIP and avoid suggesting that unofficial material is an official announcement.

Privacy and updates

The privacy notice explains local saves, optional measurement and support messages. Updates may fix bugs or change balance and presentation. A purchase does not promise additional content or a particular update schedule.

If these terms change, this page will show the new date. Your applicable store terms and statutory rights continue to apply.
